$ACE Holding Rights: Purchase, Binding, and Usage Guide
After holding $ACE and verifying your Solana wallet, you can receive calling discounts in the 辰汐ai Credits API services that support this right. $ACE always remains in your wallet; the platform only reads the on-chain balance and does not host, lock, transfer, or consume tokens.
$ACE is not a platform recharge balance, nor is it a payment authorization or staking product. Discounts only apply to the Credits API services listed on the page and do not apply to recharge orders, x402 USDC payments, or other non-Credits consumption paths.
¶ What is $ACE
$ACE is the ecological token of 辰汐ai deployed on the Solana mainnet. The current use case is holding rights: once the $ACE balance in your wallet reaches the corresponding threshold, the platform will automatically apply discounts for supported API services.

Please verify the complete Mint word by word before purchasing or exchanging. The token abbreviation and icon may be duplicated, but the complete Mint is the reliable basis for identifying the same token.
¶ Step 1: Purchase $ACE
Purchasing $ACE does not require binding your wallet to the platform first. You only need to prepare:
- A Solana mainnet wallet, such as Phantom or Solflare;
- SOL, USDC, or other assets that can be used for exchange;
- A small amount of SOL to pay for Solana network fees.
The platform will not ask you for your mnemonic phrase or private key. Any page that requires you to submit a mnemonic phrase, private key, or remotely control your wallet is not part of the normal process.

¶ 2. Connect your Solana wallet
Connect the prepared wallet on the exchange page and confirm that the current network is Solana mainnet. When using the wallet for the first time, please familiarize yourself with the wallet's own security prompts and transaction confirmation interface.
¶ 3. Select the asset and amount for exchange
Choose SOL, USDC, or other assets that are actually supported on the page as payment assets, and enter the amount you wish to exchange. Confirm that the target token Mint displayed on the page matches the following address exactly:

¶ 4. Verify exchange information
Check before submitting:
- The expected amount of $ACE to be received;
- Exchange rate, price impact, and minimum received amount;
- Network fees and other fees listed on the page;
- The actual transaction content in the wallet pop-up.
On-chain exchange prices and liquidity may change. The platform does not guarantee transaction prices, available quantities, or token values; please confirm on your own only when you understand the transaction content and can bear the risks.
¶ 5. Confirm in the wallet
After confirmation, wait for the Solana network to complete the transaction, then return to the wallet to check the $ACE balance. Do not close or refresh the pop-up that is still waiting for wallet confirmation unless the wallet clearly indicates that the transaction has failed or has been canceled.
¶ Step 2: Connect and Verify Wallet After Purchase
After the purchase is complete, return to the platform to connect and verify the wallet. There is no need to bind before the purchase; the purchase itself will not automatically bind the account. Please use the same wallet that holds $ACE to complete the following steps:
- Return to the $ACE Holding Rights Page;
- Click "Connect Wallet" and select the wallet you just used;
- Click "Verify and Bind";
- Sign the ownership verification message displayed by the platform in the wallet;
- Wait for the platform to synchronize the finalized on-chain balance.
The ownership verification signature only proves that you control the wallet, and does not authorize payment or transfer of tokens. The normal process involves signing a readable message and will not require you to transfer to an unknown address.
After successful verification, the page will display the wallet's abbreviated address, $ACE balance, last synchronization time, and current applicable discount. There may be a delay between the completion of on-chain transactions and synchronization with the platform balance, so the discount may not be displayed immediately after the purchase is completed.

Discounts are configured by service. Please refer to the list of "Services Supporting ACE Rights" on the holding rights page and the current discounts displayed for each service, which should not be understood as covering all services on the platform.
The balance is read from the Solana finalized state by background tasks. Coin type discounts have a validity period:
- After successful synchronization, discounts that meet the threshold will be automatically applied;
- If temporary synchronization fails, the page will indicate an abnormal balance status;
- If it cannot be refreshed after the validity period, the billing link will pause outdated discounts;
- If the wallet balance decreases or $ACE is sold, the next successful synchronization will recalculate rights based on the new balance.
¶ Security Verification

- Do not send your mnemonic phrases, private keys, or wallet export files to anyone;
- If the operation displayed in the wallet pop-up does not match the page description, please refuse to sign and stop the operation.
¶ Frequently Asked Questions
¶ Why is the platform balance still 0 after purchase?
First, confirm that the transaction has been completed on the Solana mainnet and ensure that the wallet holding $ACE is the same one that is bound. The platform reads the finalized on-chain status, and there may be a brief delay in transaction confirmation and backend synchronization. If the page continues to prompt synchronization issues, please try again later or contact the support team.
¶ Why can't I sign the verification message?
The current preferred process requires the wallet to support signMessage. Please update your wallet version or switch to a Solana wallet that supports message signing. Do not bypass verification by transferring or submitting private keys.
¶ What should I do if I connected the wrong wallet?
The "Disconnect Wallet" option in the browser will only disconnect the current browser connection and will not change the platform binding. To change the rights wallet, please click "Unbind Wallet" on the rights holding page, confirm the cancellation of the current ACE discount, and then connect and verify the new wallet.
¶ Will wallet signatures transfer my assets?
No. The binding process signs an ownership verification message, not a token transfer or payment authorization. You should verify the message content displayed by the wallet before signing; if there are transaction, transfer, or unfamiliar authorization requests, please refuse.
¶ How much $ACE do I need to purchase to get a discount?
The current first tier threshold is 1,000,000 $ACE, which provides a 3% discount on supported Credits API services. See the table above for various tiers; the actual applicable services and current discounts are subject to the rights holding page.
¶ Which services support $ACE rights?
Please check the "Services Supporting ACE Rights" section on the rights holding page. Recharge orders, x402 USDC payments, and non-Credits consumption paths do not use this discount.
¶ What happens after selling or transferring $ACE?
Rights are calculated based on the on-chain balance. After the balance decreases, the next successful synchronization will reduce or revoke the corresponding discount; outdated discounts also have an expiration date and will not be retained indefinitely.
¶ What should I do if I can't access the old wallet?
Log in to your platform account, click "Unbind Wallet" on the rights holding page, and confirm. Unbinding will only revoke the wallet association and ACE discount in the platform, and will not transfer, destroy, or operate any assets within the wallet; after completion, you can connect and verify a new wallet.
